We are constantly updating our RENEW Facebook page with info from each of the communities we serve -- Sheridan & Newcastle. This website continues to tell you all about RENEW, including the all important RENEW story, but if you need info about our latest activities, the RENEW Facebook page is the place to go.
It's what RENEW is all about: Empowering Persons with disABILITIES and their Families to Live, Love, Learn, Work and Play.
Our clients live in homes in their respective community (Sheridan) but much of what they learn takes place at their RENEW Service Center -- the Service Center with Employment (where clients learn job skills) and IDEAS (where clients learn life skills).
A computer lab and internet access provide literally a world of possibilities and each day provides new experiences. And, of course, a transportation system allows clients to interact in the community -- be it at a special event or their workplace.
Clients are encouraged to take charge of their lives -- making day to day decisions not unlike what all of us do. The result? A vibrant RENEW community that's ever changing and ever growing.
