Welcome to Rehabilitation Enterprises of North Eastern Wyoming. Everyone calls us RENEW. We like the acronym -- because we think "re-new" has a lot to do with what we're all about.
Founded in 1972 in Sheridan, Wyoming by local parents concerned about the lack of services for their special needs children, RENEW is a diverse, community-based organization with operations in Sheridan and Newcastle. Today we provide a wide range of vital services for people with disabilities of all ages.
We invite you to check out our website including lots of new videos. You’ll learn much more about one of Northeastern Wyoming’s largest employers and our longtime commitment to community service.
RENEW's IDEAS program provides clients with needed life skills.
Our Employment Services staff provides clients with necessary work skills -- everything from how to create a resume to transportation to and from the workplace.
Come to North Eastern Wyoming and you'll see RENEW at work in local schools and businesses ... and in the community doing everything from serving on civic committees concerning handicapped-access to attending your neighborhood church.
RENEW is dedicated to empowering people of all ages with disabilities. We believe it all boils down to this -- which just happens to be our Mission Statement:
Empowering Persons with disABILITIES and their Families to Live, Love, Learn, Work and Play.
RENEW operates under the highest accreditation level achievable from CARF ... the Rehabilitation Accreditation Commission. Additionally, we are licensed by the State of Wyoming under Chapter 111 Sessions Law of Wyoming 1969 as a private school. Rules for acceptance and participation in the RENEW program are the same for everyone without regard to disability, race, color, national origin, age or sex.
